Quorn chunks simmered in a creamy mushroom sauce, topped with emmental cheese, served with braised herbed oats.

 

Tofu pan - 19,50 € (G, Vegan)

Fried tofu and seasonal vegetables/root vegetables,

braised oats with herb butter, grilled tomato and boysenberry jam. Served on a cast iron pan.

 

 

Extra charge of 2,00€ when changing for creamy garlig-, blue cheese-, or cream potatoes.

Extra sauce or extra vegetables 2,50 €. Flavored butter or aioli 1,50 €.
